Gently clean the area with products recommended by the specialist. Avoid rubbing or scratching the area. The specialist may recommend a specific balm or cream to keep the area moisturized and speed up the healing process. Avoid using makeup on the treated area for at least one week. Protect the area from the sun and avoid tanning beds until the area is fully healed. Sweating can affect the healing process, so refrain from intense exercise during the first few days after the procedure.
