Pedicure service is called different names – foot care, foot treatment, foot care. All of this means one activity. Pedicure begins with a foot bath using a footpath mixture to relax the feet. Then the foot soles are treated with a special rasp (heel file), followed by grooming the toenails, filing them shorter, pushing back the cuticles, and if necessary, cutting the cuticles. Then the feet are moisturized and a massage is performed using creams according to the condition of the feet.
Pedicure with Gel Polish or Regular Polish
The procedure starts with a soothing foot bath containing sea salt and soap. Next, the soles are treated with a heel file, followed by grooming the toenails, shortening them, and addressing the cuticles. Depending on the client’s preference, gel polish or regular polish is applied. The feet are then moisturized, and a massage is performed with creams tailored to the feet’s condition.
For a classic pedicure, the treatment includes exfoliating the feet with a special scrub and applying a foot mask, which is left on for 15 minutes under warm socks. A SPA pedicure provides additional moisturization, keeping the feet hydrated and soft for an extended period. The session concludes with a foot massage using creams appropriate for the feet’s condition.
